SMOOTH FORTUNE | FENG SHUI BESTBUY

The gold coin sits snugly in the frog’s mouth, and the whole piece has a nice heft at 410 grams that makes it feel substantial on my desk. The earthy-matte finish pairs well with the metal coins, and it’s already sparked a few conversations with visitors.

I was skeptical at first, but the 2-inch gold coin that came with it feels surprisingly heavy and well-crafted. I've placed it on my desk and the frog's base sits perfectly stable. It adds a nice touch of decorative charm to the room.

The gold coin resting on this little guy's tongue caught the afternoon light the second I set it by my register, and it's stayed my favorite corner detail since. It's smaller than I pictured at 4 inches, but the earth-and-metal finish feels solid rather than plasticky.
